START NOTHING: 10:19 am to 11:34 pm Mon., 10:21 pm Wed. to 2:36 am Thurs., and 4:44 am to 9:08 am Sat.

PREAMBLE:

(Merry Christmas!)

ALL SIGNS: Do not enter any new relationships, projects, major changes or significant purchases before January 18, 2023. Until then, delays, indecision and second thoughts, missing supplies, misunderstood directions and other snafus will prevail, and could send even good projects over the edge into irrelevance. Instead, remain faithful to and protective of ongoing projects, situations and relationships. Opportunities or loves, friends might return from the past. Judge whether to “join again” by how the first, former bond affected you. Buy groceries, pay bills, but avoid shopping for new shoes, clothes, car, computer, etc. (If it can make a difference in your life, leave it alone.)

WEEKLY FORECAST:

aries icon  ARIES:  March 21-April 19

Work hard, Aries. Display your efforts/accomplishments to higher-ups. Now to late January is your “promotion” period. It won’t bring a raise every year, but this time you’re in a very lucky cycle, so the probability really rises. A Capricorn might figure prominently, so might a Sagittarius.  However, read the PREAMBLE above regarding new projects — stick with the ongoing, or the old, returning.

Sunday/Monday boost your popularity, optimism and social joys. Your dreams have been “held down” the last 2 or so years (probably by reality) but March/23 will end that, and release you to soar optimistically again! Sunday daytime helps you say just the right thing, and might spark a flirtation. (Remember, read the PREAMBLE above.) Retreat to a quiet place Tues./Wed. — rest, ponder and plan, liaise with gov’t, head office, and charitable/spiritual orgs. Other than a wee conflict or tantrum Monday pm, this is a good, smooth interval. Get deep rest, as upcoming days will demand a lot of energy. Speaking of which, your energy and charisma soar Thursday to dawn Sat. Thursday’s good — you can make headway with practical, career and status projects. But be “only” ambitious Saturday — more emotional goals will prove elusive. Saturday eve starts a quite lucky $ interval! (And an almost destined attraction to or joining with a boss’s charms.)

taurus icon  TAURUS:  April 20-May 20

Read the PREAMBLE above, Taurus. In your case the delays will tend to occur in the very things that the few weeks ahead emphasize: legal, scholastic, media, philosophical, far travel and cultural areas — and love (philosophical/gentle, sexual and romantic). So reprise older projects/relationships, or stick with ongoing ones, until January 18. Now to May/23, good luck and lucrative openings arrive in management, institutions, gov’t, and similar areas. If you aren’t part of management (etc.) yet, apply for it. (If your boss is “woke,” just keep saying “inclusion, inclusion!”) Keep chasing money: it will come (from old sources before Jan. 12, new sources then to mid-March). By March onward, obstacles to your ambitions will dissolve.

The focus is on your ambitions, career goals, work pressures, Sun./Mon. Sunday’s great, esp. in money/career ways. Monday’s a little slow, but workable. Wishes can come true Tues./Wed. — optimism visits, your popularity rises, social delights surround you, and flirtations arise — but these (or $) can cause problems, conflict Tuesday, but smooth success Wed. Retreat, rest, ponder and plan Thursday to just past dawn (PST) Saturday. Best day: Thurs.

gemini icon  GEMINI:  May 21-June 20

Read the PREAMBLE above, Gemini. (It’s esp. applicable to you, as these delays and confusion are “caused by” your ruling planet.) Now to May, some (or one) of your biggest life wishes might come true. It’s likely to revolve around marriage, love and partnership, relocation, opportunities at a distance, or some type of public interface. An Aries and a Sagittarius might be involved. (If you’re male, read: “a cranky, impulsive, but loving person.”) Now to May is also a superb, fortunate time to join any new group — club, politics, gardening, etc.  Your sexual desires have been building for a couple of weeks, and stay high into January. Someone will say Yes, but do you want him/her to?

Sunday/Monday are mellow, affectionate, sweet, loving, and intellectually invigorating. Tell someone your wish/hope Sunday morning or early afternoon. Be ambitious Tues./Wed. — some conflict Tuesday as “advancement” might run counter to your social life and/or wished-for future. Wednesday, smooth success. Thursday to mid-morn Saturday re-invigorates your wishes, optimism and sociability. You’ll be happy! But Saturday’s a bit “defeating,” so retire this day to quietude and “planning mode.”

Cancer icon  CANCER:  June 21-July 22

An exciting month faces you, Cancer. Meetings, relationships, relocation themes,

dealings with the public, opportunities — these will fill the weeks ahead. But read the PREAMBLE above — deal with relations/opportunities that are ongoing, or returning from the past. New projects, bonds, if begun before January 18, will wither and go limp. Be diplomatic, esp. in career/status relations — enemies created now by rudeness or “dismissal” will prove to be strong and hard to dislodge. So be nice! Your career and status will probably expand very nicely now to May/23, but don’t push anything new before late Jan. A “slow slide” into management, if occurring, is benevolent. A former mate could return.

Secrets, commitment and consequences, medical procedures, research, large finances and lust — an urge to entwine intimately. This interval demands honesty, ethics. E.g., lust is only okay if both participants are unattached. Sunday’s best, but both days okay. A mild, mellow mental mood steals over you Tuesday/Wednesday. Far travel, legal, ritual, cultural, religious and philosophical matters “light up.” Skip conflict Tuesday — Wed.’s good, smooth. Be ambitious Thursday to Saturday morning. You can accomplish fairly major stuff. Saturday morphs into joy, social delights, optimism — charge ahead!

Leo icon  LEO:  July 23-Aug. 22

A month of hard work has just begun, Leo. Get proper rest and eat/drink sensibly, to keep your health up. You remain very hopeful, but you’re not sure what (which of 2 or 3) you want. E.g., you might be flirting wit 2 suitors, and soon the “demand” will come to attach to one or the other. Both, perhaps, were not born in your nation. (If only 1, he/she’s “the one.”) No need to choose before mid-January. Read PREAMBLE above for critical clues. Workmates are pleasant, co-operative.

Exciting relationships fill Sun./Mon. (Excitement Sunday, sober, quiet attraction Monday.) Avoid all ambition/career/status talk. Just enjoy and love. Secrets, lust, power urges, big finances fill Tues./Wed. Be honest, be ethical, and you could succeed — better Wednesday, as Tuesday daytime might trigger conflict. Your legal, love, international, philosophical, cultural, educational and media involvements are highlighted Thursday to mid-morn Saturday (PST). Though you might encounter a few obstacles in these areas this interval, in general all these — legal, love, travel, etc. — will grow now to mid-May, and will reward, perhaps in ways, big ways, that you don’t even know you deserve!

virgo icon  VIRGO:  Aug. 23-Sept. 22

The weeks ahead will bring romance, playfulness, games/sports, creative surges, beauty, pleasure and risk-taking. (Which of these partly depends on your present situation, and partly on your decision.) You’re still uncertain which path to take in career or status areas. This won’t be resolved before mid-January, so remain patient (and SLOW to commit). (Regarding delays: read the PREAMBLE above. It applies esp. to you, as it involves your ruling planet.) The career/status choice you eventually make will affect your future assets. Research plays role, so might an Aries.

Tackle chores Sun./Mon. — all’s well, but side-step tension, accent potential very late Sunday (PST). Exciting meetings slated for Tues./Wed. Tuesday daytime has an awkward tantrum potential, but all’s smooth, productive Wed. Both days feature opportunities, relocation themes — but remember to read the PREAMBLE above. Thursday to mid-morning Saturday brings secrets, lust, power drives, and requires solid honesty, if you’re to gain. Now to mid-May, you might make an investment that will bring riches.

libra icon  LIBRA:  Sept. 23-Oct. 22

Read the PREAMBLE above, Libra. The accent falls on your home, family, garden, stomach, nutrition, soul, Mom Nature, and security. Look to your foundations. They have been “cutting you off at the knees” to some degree since 2009. Could be financial, property, familial or emotional foundations — and is hard to see sometimes, until it trips you up. The good news is, these obstacles are almost gone, will dissolve by March 2023. Same month, Saturn leaves your romantic sector, where it has been restricting you for over 2 years. Earlier, by mid-January, you will resolve the major questions you have in mind about a potential partner. Even earlier, right now, Jupiter is bringing you grand luck in relationships, relocation, potential fame, and general opportunities — until mid-May. So, between mid-January and mid-May, I urge you to focus on love and partnership: you could (if single) find yourself married, happily married, in 2023! (Or wed in 2025, from same relationship.) If unhappily married at present, you will likely break free before June.

Sun./Mon. are romantic, creative. Sunday daytime best. Tackle chores Tues./Wed. You’ll succeed, esp. Wed. Sidestep a conflict midday Tues. (PST). All that discussion about relationships (above) is lit by a bright light Thursday to Saturday morning. This isn’t the best time to start a relationship, but it can give you excellent clues.

scorpio icon  SCORPIO:  Oct. 23-Nov. 21

The weeks ahead highlight communications, trips/visits, paperwork, and curiosity, Scorpio. Exercise that last one, as you can turn up some valuable information. Your workload, relieved somewhat since October, now grows bigger, to mid-May — and during the same period, can pay off in big pay checks! Your communications now bring affectionate responses. Read the PREAMBLE above: wait until January 18 to start any projects or relationships. You remain uncertain, indecisive about a sexual or financial situation or “opportunity.” Don’t be hasty — you’ll find the right answer, path, mid-January onward. Acting prematurely could bring loss — for example, buying stocks that have further to fall.

Your home, family, emotional warmth and memories fill Sun./Mon. Relax, enjoy both days. Only disruption occurs late Sunday night, could cause irate comment from your spouse, whatever. Romantic feelings rush into you Tues./Wed. Careful Tuesday daytime, when conflict can erupt. Otherwise, a fine, sweet, poetic and creative interval! Tackle chores Thursday to mid-morn Sat. (PST). Eat, drink sensibly. You’ll succeed with most tasks. Saturday night is superb for relationships — even “destined love” for some.

sagittarius icon  SAGITTARIUS:  Nov. 22-Dec. 21

Pursue money, possessions, casual sexual embrace, rote learning courses this week and the next few, Sage. (E.g., learn French.) Your amorous advances (or notions about) hit a “cold spell” in Nov./Dec., but now that’s over, and until May your romance prospects climb higher and higher. But if you already found someone last spring/summer/autumn, he/she is likely to be the “one.” Read the PREAMBLE above. Start no new projects or relationships before Jan. 18. Old flames, returning projects, both okay.

Sunday/Monday are for errands, visits, communications, reports, paperwork, etc. All’s well, but sidestep “tricky communications” or disruptions Sunday night. Head for home, family, garden, nature and rest Tues./Wed. Caution Tuesday daytime (possible argument, conflict) but Wednesday is smooth and productive. Romantic feelings, and maybe events, arise Thursday to Saturday morning. This isn’t an easy interval, so go slow. Be creative, attend the arts, seek beauty and pleasure. Thursday’s best. Saturday pm starts to bring the weekend’s chores — good, accomplishable ones.

capricorn icon  CAPRICORN:  Dec. 22-Jan. 19

Read the PREAMBLE above, Cap. You’re now in a peak energy and charismatic period, until late January. But before Jan. 18, avoid starting any new project, bond, etc. Stick with the ongoing, or reprise a past situation/project. Now to May, your real estate luck is huge — sell, buy AFTER Jan. 18. (A home, or even just furniture, etc.) A child might come for hopeful couples. Work solutions remain stalled until Jan. 12.

Chase $ Sun./Mon. — buy/sell, memorize lessons, be “open” to casual intimacy. A good interval, just avoid accident-potential around midnight (PST Sun.). Errands, paperwork applications, trips/visits and communications fill Tues./Wed. Watch conflict (over a work issue or machinery) Tuesday afternoon — otherwise, this is a smooth, productive interval. You could get a hint/taste of the upcoming luck in real estate Thursday to mid-morn Sat. — don’t act or commit in a big way — this is just a preview. Be with the kids, garden, repair, decorate, etc. Thursday’s best.

Aquarius icon  AQUARIUS:  Jan. 20-Feb. 18

Lie low, Aquarius. Seek solitude; rest, contemplate and plan. Liaise with gov’t, health workers, head office, charities and spiritual orgs. Seek advice. All this to Jan. 20. Read the PREAMBLE above — stick with ongoing projects or situations/people from the past. Communications and directions are confused or misunderstood now to Jan. 18. Messaging, travel, begin to increase — to an April/May climax/peak.

Your energy and charisma are at a temporary, minor peak Sun./Mon. You can accomplish a huge amount. You might “revise” your home. Chase $, buy/sell, welcome intimacy, learn something that takes memory, Tues./Wed. Avoid an argument, or impulsive driving, daytime Tues. Otherwise, a good interval. Thursday to mid-morn Saturday brings errands, trips, calls, paperwork, quick, easy chores. Don’t go too far out on a limb, or promise too much (Fri., pre-dawn Sat.) — otherwise, a satisfying interval. Saturday pm, seek rest, be a homebody.

Pisces icon  PISCES:  Feb. 19-March 20

Wishes can come true, Pisces, anytime in the next 4 weeks. During this period, be social, enjoy your rising popularity, welcome the thrill of optimism, flirt, be human and happy. Now to May, your money (income) fortunes are on the rise. But your money planet stays “retro” until Jan. 12, and another factor (read the PREAMBLE above) delays “direct action” until Jan. 18 onward. So think, study factors, be ready to chase an opportunity or find a heart to share — soon.

Lie low, rest, contemplate, plan, be charitable and spiritual (yes, meditate!) Sun./Mon. All’s good, if you avoid a “midnight disruption” late Sun. (It’s not a big deal.) Your energy and pizzazz soar Tues./Wed. — get out, see and be seen, and give ongoing projects a solid push. Sidestep an argument Tuesday afternoon (PST) — and keep your wallet sealed. Otherwise, a great interval. Thursday to mid-morn Saturday brings shopping, money, maybe casual intimacy, rote learning. But, as implied above, not much of solid progress will occur before mid-January. (So chase $ owed you from the past, shop only for necessities, etc.) Saturday pm starts a weekend of calls, trips, paperwork, casual friends.

THE END.

AFTERAMBLE:

The Ukraine-Russia war will end in Moscow.

Didn’t I tell you guys last August that we would have a hard winter in Vancouver? Well, after the last two months, I rest my case.

Remember about 10 or 20 years ago I wrote that someday computers would be made from water? First steps, between 2023 and 2042.

This will be one of the more momentous periods of change and cataclysm for the entire world. Spectacular earthquakes and eruptions. Water will be much more regulated than now. Medical science will surge, especially in the areas of digestion, stomach, sexual and eliminative organs. DNA will be sculpted by something very similar to electricity. Mass flooding 2023 (maybe) and 2033 (more likely).

***

The real culprit in the ongoing 2020 “illegitimate votes” controversy is the judicial dept — hundreds of courts (i.e., judges) refused to let anyone mount any challenge to the voting establishment, much less let them reveal any evidence. The courts decided, in their cold stupidity, that all elections were good and all challengers were scum, not worthy of a court appearance. In actuality, they knew the 2020 elections were compromised, but decided not to admit any argument. In one of the worst displays of perverted justice, of, in essence, a police state, they simply banned all examination of the crimes. There is something rotten in Denmark…and the most foul odour comes from lawyers, judges and courts.

The January 6 committee is due to refer Trump to the DOJ for criminal charges tomorrow (as I write this, December 16). Every year at this time, the sun will be conjunct Donald Trump’s south lunar node … Always bad news for Trump. Remember my mentions of the “J” and “U” letters marking Trump’s enemies? (E.g., John Bolton, Jim Comey, etc.) These “karmic enemies” were working with the same kind of energy and intent as the Jan. 6 Committee — which has chosen the day the Sun hits his lunar S. Node, to recommend he be prosecuted for being alive. Trump will win if he ignores the entire process; his enemies will hang themselves. But if he angrily fights whatever emerges from this date, he runs the danger, a very probable danger, of becoming enmeshed in his enemies‘ web.

What’s hard on the left is watching all those right-wing conspiracy theories come true, esp. around COVID-19. In other cases, such as election integrity or lack thereof, the left has fought for years a ferocious battle to suppress all truth, all evidence related to the elections and ballot fraud, defunding police and the Portland riots, etc.

***

I see they’re now advertising tranquilizers for cats. It’s called “pet calming,” I think. You can bet a society has gone too far out on the thin branch of sophistication when it designs drugs to make the most  phlegmatic (calm) of creatures even more so.

In many ways, action precedes thought. For instance if you really watch yourself, you’ll find that the thought “I’ll get some toast” actually comes after your hand has already started to reach for it. Lately, I think some scientists have begun to observe this phenomena.

To me, it hints that the hand reaching for the toast is the subconscious operating, and the thought,  “I’ll get some toast,” is the conscious mind validating or solidifying or communicating the actions of the subconscious. Our subconscious is our greatest survival tool. It acts almost instantly.

So the subconscious acts, while the conscious mind explains and communicates. It does this by words, “verbal thoughts,”: and of course by real speech and writing, and any other symbol/process/structure you want (e.g., mathematics). The function of the conscious mind is to share, teach, put into words, aid the memory, and create lasting shared knowledge and co-operation between humans — ultimately, the subconscious (actually, to give credit, much more deeply the unconscious) urges us toward human inclusion, humankind embracing all humankind, a condition that will not come about except through thought, logic, words — the conscious mind. So the subconscious urges us to join; while the conscious mind, determined to get it right, examines every avenue, and spends centuries quibbling — but it will eventually sew us all together.

Katie Hobbs is a Democrat who was elected Governor of Arizona last month, and who was solely in charge of the election processes and the vote counting that won her the election. She said this about Kari Lake, who has mounted a legal case against her and others for election fraud: “I’m so sick and tired of these Republicans who for the last two years have been moaning that the elections were rigged. Can’t they just accept that they’ve been cheated?”

(I made up the word “cheated.”)
