PREAMBLE:
Look at the “Start Nothing’s” above — 70 minutes during the entire week — that’s only 10 minutes average per day. Why are the “start nothing” periods so small/slim? Because several planets are near the very end of the sign they occupy. (The “start nothing periods occur when the Moon has no more planets to aspect before it leaves a zodiac sign.) Saturn and Jupiter are in the 25th degree (out of 30) of their signs. Uranus and Neptune are more extreme — both in the last degree of the signs.
On the other hand, Venus, Mars and Pluto are virtually at the beginnings of their signs. If every planet was in the first or second-degree of the signs they occupied, the start nothing periods would be over 50 hours for each sign.

ALL SIGNS: don’t start any new projects or relationships before November 29. They would go down in the flames of indecision, disagreement, mistakes, delays and “no shows.” None of us should make plans before Nov. 29, as they would change later.
