START NOTHING: 2:30 pm to 9:15 pm Sun., 4 am to 5:37 am Wed., and 2:28 pm to 4:22 pm Fri.

PREAMBLE:

Daylight savings time ends.

ALL SIGNS: This is a tough week, but Friday night and the following weekend (Nov . 12/13) will free us all to chase fortune, success and/or happiness.

None of us should form a new love attraction before Friday. (Those formed Sunday Nov. 6 will surely fail.)

WEEKLY FORECAST:

aries icon ARIES:  March 21-April 19

Life is mysterious, Aries, and the deeper you dig for answers, the more “profit” you will see. Profit can be financial, but also sexual, or healing. Great time for depth psychology, analysis, research, etc. Think before you speak or write. (You won’t be able to truly express yourself until mid-January onward.) Management, gov’t, institutions and charitable and spiritual orgs favour you greatly until mid-late December, so march forth in this area. Your hopes are quiet and solid, and will last. By next March onward, your social life will expand, will “cheer up.”

Your energy and pizzazz are high Sunday, but obstacles exist. New love will go nowhere happy, so don’t pursue (diplomatically). Chase $, buy/sell, but proceed cautiously Mon./Tues. (Wednesday daytime in Europe). Bumps and disruptions exist. You might face an “extreme choice” between spending/earning and investing. Errands, easy chores, communication, travel and paperwork fill Wednesday morning to late afternoon Fri. Again, bumps and obstacles everywhere. Finally, the week ends on a success note Friday eve through the weekend, when home, family and property are highlighted.

taurus icon TAURUS:  April 20-May 20

Relationships are tantamount this month, Taurus — but they meet many obstacles this week. Still, others remain affectionate, respond with gentle intentions. Money matters seem to slow — but a former money source might appear, this month or next. Your social life starts to bubble again, at least got late December. Use this time to forge links.

Sunday finds you tired, quiet. Might as well stay that way, get your rest. Love? No. Your energy and charisma return strongly Mon./Tues. Use his extra clout to solve problems rather than launch new projects. Chase $ Wednesday to late afternoon Friday. A casual intimate affair might start. Probably better if it doesn’t — refusal mingles with hope. Friday eve Ito the weekend brings errands, travel, visits, messaging and paperwork — all successfully. You meet (or make) a friend who will fulfill, bless you in many ways. Remember, tho’ this wee is a bit rough, you are very favoured in social zones until late Dec.

gemini icon GEMINI:  May 21-June 20

Work, work, work… and boredom, Gemini. Well, this too shall pass. (A bit by mid-November, a whole lot by Nov. 22.) Bosses like your style now to late December — good time to ask for a raise or promotion. (Better after Nov. 11, even more so after the 19th.) If single, you might experience a subtle frustration: you don’t want to be alone, but you don’t think your forays into the dating game will succeed. I’d wait until mid-January onward. (Though someone might “issue an invitation” late November onward.) Trouble with forming a love relationship now is if you’re male, your sexuality will be sporadic, and the other person might have an unconscious need to criticize you (esp. in the sexual area). If you’re female, it’s not so bad, but a new amour might not meet the welcome you envision from your social group.

Sunday’s social, but ends on a note of disquiet, subtle alienation. Lie low, sleep, ponder and plan Mon./Tues. Disruptions abound. Your energy and pizzazz pop back up Wednesday morning to late afternoon Fri. There’s surface success on Thursday, but underlying problems (legal? emotional? beliefs and compatibility?) remain. Chase $ Friday eve and all weekend — success, maybe some casual intimacy, bargains and items you’ve long wanted, are on the agenda.

Cancer icon CANCER:  June 21-July 22

Romance still on the agenda, Cancer — and creative, pleasure, speculative involvements, sports/games, and raising/teaching kids. Be “in contact.” Whispers of a wedding. Try to avoid contacts with institutions, gov’t, head office types —little progress before January, and the danger of irritating those you want to aid you. As it’s been for a couple of years, sex is the prime ingredient of your attractions. Next March, this will end, returning relationships to a more balanced state. DO NOT start a new romance before Friday.

Sunday, be ambitious. Optimism, popularity, social delights, flirting and entertainment fill Monday morn to Wednesday morning. Enjoy, but make no commitments. Disruptions exist. Retreat from the crowd Wednesday to afternoon Friday. Nap, rest, contemplate, plan, seek advice. Again, caution over impulse. Your energy and charisma return Friday eve through the weekend — love could blossom, you’ll impress others and get things done. Good time to launch a project (not a career one, tho).

Leo icon LEO:  July 23-Aug. 22

The accent remains on home, family, property, security, stomach, garden and Mother Nature, Leo. You face some good luck in investments, finances — but it will “work” after Nov. 22 better than earlier. Social matters remain lively, but show little real progress before mid-January. (Until then, former friends, flames, might appear.)

Sunday’s mellow, wise, but doesn’t support action. Be ambitious Mon./Tues. Crises are opportunities. Wishes come true, your popularity rises (somewhat, since we’re in a down-home month) and social joys visit, Wednesday to late afternoon Friday. Problems are more numerous than solutions, so proceed cautiously in everything practical. Retreat, rest, contemplate, plan and seek advice Friday eve through the weekend — tho’ your energy is low, your luck’s highest. In finances, management zones, with institutions or gov’t. You could apply for a special program, and be accepted.

virgo icon VIRGO:  Aug. 23-Sept. 22

Communications, short trips, visits and paperwork fill this week, Virgo — but not easy. Think twice before speaking or writing. Be curious — you could discover, well, many things. Careful with your career — bosses are angry or desirous, but they’re indecisive, too. Smile! Relationships hold huge luck, whether ending or beginning. (DON’T BEGIN this week before Friday.) A former mate, lover, or practical opportunity could “arrive.”

Sunday’s for mystery, finances and sexual desires — but make no commitments. A mellow, wise mood steals over you Monday to pre-dawn Wed. Far travel, law, education, love, social rituals command your attention. Be ambitious Wednesday to Friday afternoon. You might succeed, you might not, as planetary aspects are very conflicting. But you seem to end with a stroke of luck Fri. Friday eve through the weekend boosts your hopes, mood, social tendency — and perhaps love! Anyway dive in, attend, meet, greet — you’ll be happy!

libra icon LIBRA:  Set. 23-Oct. 22

Pursue money, Libra. Buy/sell, send invoices, pay bills. Not the best week to buy anything, at least before Saturday (Nov. 12). There’s been a recent uptick in chores; this continues until mid-late December. Don’t shun them — these are lucky chores for some reason. Avoid starting law suits, love affairs, international travel, and college/university applications before mid-January. (A former opening in these areas might return: yes, grab it.)

Sunday’s for relationships, opportunities — commit to neither. For instance, a love affair started now would be a disaster. Monday to pre-dawn Wednesday lures you with sex, power, or financial options — but all have major headwinds, so go slow, be patient. Gentle love, wisdom, far travel, higher learning, law, profound ideas — these fill Wednesday to late afternoon Friday. But again, “reality” disagrees with most of what you want to accomplish. Ah, well. Friday eve through the weekend savours your ambitions, prestige relations, career and worldly standing. Work hard, plunge in — now, everything’s lucky!

scorpio icon SCORPIO:  Oct. 23-Nov. 21

You’re on top, Scorpio! Your energy, charisma, sense of timing and clout are at a peak. However, this might help you avoid trouble this week, more than help you launch anything new. Until Friday, this week is studded with obstacles and frustrations. Still, there are some goodies: a former lover might return, a creative project can earn praise, and those who oppose you “take a break” and leave you alone, at least to late January. Be careful with investments, lust and power struggles, and medical issues. Don’t commit $ or your body.

Sunday’s for chores. Relationships arise Monday to pre-dawn (PDT) Wednesday — but in conflict more than agreement. DON’T “bite” on a love attraction before Friday night: contains future disappointment. “Opportunities” might be open doors to loss. Lust, financial growth and power appeal to you Wednesday pre-dawn to Friday afternoon. On the surface, this interval promises success, but underneath, it fights success, long-term. Caution! Friday eve through the weekend brings social rituals, far travel, international affairs, wisdom, profound thoughts, higher learning — and love. Charge ahead now Scorpio!

sagittarius icon SAGITTARIUS:  Nov. 22-Dec. 21

Remain “out of sight,” Sage. Rest, ponder, plan, seek advice, deal with neglected chores, institutions, gov’t and head office. November is your hibernation month. Relationships, esp. those that started to heat up since last August, might now take a breather. Still, the intensity remains. A former love might return anytime now to mid-January. So might an enemy, so hopefully you have none! A deep streak of romance has faded, is supplanted with chores and employment — but only to Dec. 20. (After which romance will surge again.)

Sunday’s for just that — romance. But your charisma’s low, and, if hunting, you’re liable to chase someone who is guaranteed to show you what regret means. Patience! (Don’t chase anyone before Friday eve.) Tackle chores Mon./Tues. Go slowly, carefully. Relationships arise powerfully — but not particularly successfully — Wednesday to late afternoon Fri. Again, patience — and diplomacy! Avoid belligerent people. Friday eve through the weekend emphasizes sex/lust, power corridors, and financial goals — for some, medical or lifestyle adjustments. Finally good luck touches you — charge forth for a profitable, significant weekend!

capricorn icon CAPRICORN:  Dec. 22-Jan. 19

It’s time for happiness, Cap. Popularity, social joys, entertainment, flirtations and blue-sky optimism fill the days of November. BUT not so much during this difficult week: in all practical affairs, Sunday to early Friday, be cautious, slow to commit. Your “real estate luck” has receded until late December, but will then return until next May. Meanwhile, re-examine your plans, gather information, talk to experts, local and otherwise. Your workload should lighten somewhat now to January, unless a huge old job returns. DO NOT seek new romance before Friday eve.

Sunday’s for home, family, but needs a wee bit of caution. Romantic feelings, creative and gambling urges, pleasure and beauty are slated Mon./Tues., but disruptions rule. Don’t force anything. Tackle chores and watch your daily health Wednesday to late afternoon Fri. Again, caution better than unthinking action. Relationships, opportunities, relocation and “public dealing” themes enter — and turn the weekend into a huge pleasure! Now exciting meetings, even live, can form. (Some of that love is for a friend.)

Aquarius icon AQUARIUS:  Jan. 20-Feb. 18

The accent remains on your ambitions, prestige relations and worldly status, Aquarius. You’re rare in that this week can offer as many opportunities as obstacles, and can reward effort. However, forget romance/love this week. A new attraction will almost certainly leave you tied in knots of mystery and frustration, so pursue no one Sunday to Friday. (You have seldom been so “hotly” attracted to someone as you have since August. But patience required: until mid-January, this attraction might curl in on itself or otherwise disappoint. BUT January to late March, the intensity and forward motion will resume. Despite a disappointing outlook right now, you could be in one of the most significant attractions of your life.) Your income should be increasing, or some other money luck arrives, to Dec. 20.

Sunday’s for talk, travel, paperwork. Be home or nearby Mon./Tues. Accept difficulties, just keep on your course. Re-read all that romantic stuff above: it shines Wednesday to late afternoon Friday — shines but likely disappoints. Tough week! Lust, desire, deep currents, financial situations, power plays arise Friday eve through the weekend — and you could hardly ask for a better run of smooth luck! Charge in! But don’t oppose someone, late Sunday, Nov. 13.

Pisces icon PISCES:  Feb. 19-March 20

The general emphasis lies on far travel, legal questions, formal social rituals, cultural venues, higher learning, profound thoughts and gentle love, Pisces. This is a sweet, lovely month for you — BUT the present week throws mud, wrenches and glitches at everything emotional and practical, so exercise caution — until Friday eve. DO NOT fall in love or chase a sexy stranger, esp. Sunday — but really through Friday morning. (It would be like buying a ticket to unhappiness.) Until Dec. 20, your courage and cheerfulness bubble up and good fortune will follow. Home remains argumentative until at least January: spending on home improvements (a new toaster? in-ground pool?) will reduce the friction.  But keep this small, inexpensive until mid-January, then do bigger things to late March.)

Sunday’s for money, spending, collecting. Read above about love. Errands, trips, communications and paperwork Mon./Tues. Caution advised. Home, family, garden, stomach, Mother Nature figure prominently Wednesday to late afternoon Friday. Again, caution advised. Friday night through the weekend finally releases you from problems — charge after any passion, romance, art, gambling, sports, games, kid’s affairs. You’ll be entranced!

THE END.

AFTERAMBLE:

Notice we have not heard anything from Pete Buttigieg during this election cycle? I think he’s a natural, smart politician — smart enough to stay away from Biden and his sinking democrats

***

Sometimes America reminds me of ancient Rome. I really got that flash when the “city” of Washington DC passed a law to make it legal to urinate in public streets. Don’t know why, it just seemed kind of Roman, old civilization style stuff.

***

Is it a bit weird that many of the most corrupt systemic voting violations occur in Pennsylvania, especially Philadelphia, which is supposed to be the historical heart of American democracy?

***

Randi Weingarten, head of the teachers union of the entire USA, is now calling for amnesty for the crimes she committed, the thousands of schools she and her coven kept closed for a year or more during the pandemic. This witch is responsible for countless children falling behind in speech, math, reading, in virtually every subject. She is also the wicked person who conspired with the Biden  Administration to sic the FBI on parents who are concerned with her policies, among which are stuffing school libraries with porn, inviting drag queens to flaunt their crotches in front of youngsters, and giving teenage boys permission to ogle and feel up teenage girls in girls’ bathrooms. Weingarten and her evil cooperators should be put in jail, not given amnesty for their role in ruining hundreds of thousands of lives.

Here’s the stunning part: a study by the Government Accountability Institute has shown that 57 % of teachers, K-12, are republican (hard or leaning), yet all their dues, hundreds of millions of $ a year, have been regularly and secretly funnelled to democratic, leftist orgs, to aid them in fighting elections against republicans. Secretly, because it’s illegal. Witch Weingarten should be burned, not amnestied.

***

Now all the leftists and vaccine promoters (of a false vaccine, btw — its makers now admit that none of the touted vaccines prevent Covid) — are calling for a general covid amnesty. The Atlantic, a glossy leftist rag that campaigned for lock-ups, lock-downs, jail for “disbelievers” or anyone who criticized Fauci or the Biden goons, has now declared that we should grant amnesty to all these deceivers and petty dictators. Now that the truth has caught up to these idiots and sadists, they are squealing that all should be granted amnesty. (After they have wrecked millions of lives, bankrupted thousands of small businesses, and even helped cause thousands of unnecessary deaths in the U.S.)

“We didn’t know,” they cry, “We didn’t know everything we labelled “misinformation” was real facts, real information.” These Atlantic writers and editors should be chucked into the other Atlantic!

There is some moistness in the consciousness of people who live on the west coast of BC, Alaska, Washington and probably some parts of Oregon. I think this is due to the weather. In central and eastern climes of North America, the sun often shines and many clear nights open the dark, glittering skies.  This creates a consciousness that sees something much grander and incomprehensible then their own lives. This consciousness accepts what  I would call a kind of dry spiritual focus, and a humble one. That’s the east, even the midwest.

On the wet West Coast however we are consistently buffered from both the sun and moon by layers of clouds and mist. Even in the daytime, on a sunny day in July, there is mist in the air. So in a sense we are pampered and buffered. An alien sitting on the moon watching might almost think we were the larva stage or the pre-butterfly stage of some organization.

There might be a mist in our thoughts also, an induced narcosis or dreaminess that keeps us meditating, yoga-bound westerners seeking our spirituality through a rolling out of our own personality, genie or soul, whatever you want to call it. This is essentially creative. As opposed to the behaviour-focussed eastern North American consciousness, which is more cut and dried.

Something greater than this, though, has already begun to transform religion east and west. There are probably more churches closing in Dry Toronto than in essentially pagan Vancouver. However, this could be because there have been fewer churches per capita to begin with in Vancouver.

I sometimes wonder if George Orwell talked to or read something written by an astronomer or an astrologer.

Orwells “novel” was called 1984. That is almost the year that Pluto entered its home sign Scorpio for the first time in a quarter millennium.

Plano actually entered Scorpio in November 1983, but only briefly, to May 1984. It retro’d into Libra, then reentered solidly, for many many years, in late August,1984.

The most remarkable thing to come out of 1984 was the mobile phone. We called them cellulars, and we had to pay up to $1.25 per minute to use them. Much of deflation for the past forty years has been caused by technology. (Now calls are “free.”) Technology brought huge societal, national, psychic,  and what might be called human destiny changes. (Remember the role the iPhone played in the Arab Spring uprising?)

Tech’s greatest and most influential advance so far has been in the sphere of communications. The iPhone, the Internet, and the social media and social groupings they have bred, are the most influential and critical development of the last century, and perhaps of the entire era ahead of us.

(An era is measured from one Pluto entry into Scorpio to the following one, approximately 247 years. Four of these make up A millennium. It is tempting to look back on history and see it dividing into 250 year periods, for example, the Roman empire seems to follow these cycles. But after examining various histories In Europe and Asia I didn’t see that a 250 year pattern was predominant. The trouble with history is that like beauty, it is coloured by the heart and brain of the observer. This makes it difficult to find major repetitive patterns. (Other than of course the obvious ones, such as day will be seduced by night and night will flee the dawn.)

In America: the Mississippi has dried up, the railroad workers are preparing to strike and there are only 24 days worth of diesel left in the entire country. You don’t hear about diesel fuel that much, but it runs all the trucks, barges and trains that deliver all the freight. Probably the majority of homes in the American northeast are heated by heating oil, a close cousin to diesel. Some reports say that heating oil will run out long before winter dies.

Is this the haunted house I said you would buy if you elected Biden to the White House?
