PREAMBLE:

 

ALL SIGNS: The 2016 Year Ahead Forecast is already written, but as it is paid for by a newspaper, I must let them publish it first (should be published Jan. 7, Thursday). So I will put your 2016 yearly forecasts in the blog next Monday, Jan. 11.

 

Heard on CNN: “Donald Trump is not sexist. He insults men and women equally.” True. If only Hillary didn’t lie so often and so easily. It makes me doubt everything she promises. Bernie Sanders, though obviously more popular than Hillary (he draws 10’s of thousands to his rallies, compared to Hillary’s few hundred) is ignored by the media. Why? I suspect 1) because he’s obviously old, and the U.S. media seems to practice ageism. 2) because his ideas are populist, and the media is owned by the same billionaire class that secretly funds their own favorite candidates. Billionaires’ natural enemy is the populist, so they and their media call Sanders a socialist/communist, and hardly mention him on air, though he draws crowds second only to Trump. (And sometimes, I suspect, larger than Trump’s.)

The U.S. is starting to face a major transformation. It began in 2008/09, and will peak in 2019. We’ve started to see it in the credit crisis, in the population’s anger, in the popularity of Trump. (He promises fascism, which comforts the scared – who are wary of complexities, but not of the Donald.) Technically, the peak begins in April 2019 and lasts to 2024. During these five-six years, 2019-24, the U.S. will step into a new world, and will have to some degree irrevocably set its course for the next two-plus centuries. The President elected in 2020 will likely be assassinated. That likelihood diminishes if the incumbent is re-elected in 2020. (Don’t take this assassination stuff too seriously. Even planetary cycles and trends get old. Reagan was the last president elected under this trend: an assassination attempt was made, but he survived. That might mean the trend is broken, though it goes back at least to Lincoln.)

 ARIES   March 21-April 19

Your popularity grows Sunday noon (PST) to Tues. afternoon, Aries. Other than a possible tiff Sunday suppertime, this interval blesses you – your optimism rises, and love might arrive via a friendly group meeting. International, cultural and intellectual affairs also thrive. Jump in Monday! But avoid these things Tues. eve to Thurs. suppertime – instead, retreat, rest, be spiritual and charitable. Great luck in work – ask for more, and a pay raise. Happiness, popularity, social delights, light, flirtatious romance (perhaps destined to turn heavy and deep later) entertainment, optimism and possible wish fulfillment – these tickle you Tues. eve to suppertime Thurs. Enjoy, but don’t invest nor push for sex Wed. daytime. Romance, however, blossoms with luck. An old flame might appear. (Generally, any time before Jan. 25.) Careful Sunday pm, arguments are possible, especially at or about home. A sudden appearance or revelation could spell love. Life’s secrets, sexual yearnings and financial actions, health diagnoses, lifestyle changes and commitments fill Tues. afternoon to Thurs. supper time – sign nothing, a be cautious of new investments. Don’t seek sex, nor mix sex and romance, Wed. daytime. A job or wage plum might hang before you – pluck it! (Might concern a former job.) Relationships fill Tues. eve to suppertime Thurs. – with splendid luck! An old flame might appear. But avoid action, and anyone who appears between dawn and 1 pm Wed. (PST). Secrets, mysteries, sexual desires, investments, debt and large commitments, health diagnoses and lifestyle changes – these fill Thurs. eve to Sat. night. Sign nothing, commit to nothing. You remain in a happy, upbeat interval (until Jan. 20) so DO aim your life toward pleasure, adventure, love, friendship and entertainment. Everyone needs a rest from cares and duties. Now the universe is giving you a “pass” – take it, enjoy life! Even your parents and/or bosses are saying (maybe under their breath!) you deserve a break, and a bit of praise. (And, says the cosmos, a bit of love and romance, too.) A major wish might come true. Probably involves a legal, educational, travel, cultural, love, popularity or intellectual matter.
