ASTRAL REFLECTIONS

	Let's continue with those 18-month karmic outlooks - but first, a note for ARIES: I hope I didn't frighten you with last week's column - I didn't mean that you won't be able to find employment for the 18 months ahead, but that you should try to manage or delegate tasks rather than performing them yourself. Volunteering for every simple chore, letting your kids turn you into their servant, etc., will be a great time-waster, yet you'll have a wee tendency to let this occur. During these 18 months, do all you can to get a seat on policy committees, to direct or lead others, and to learn management skills. If you have a choice, work in an administrative office, civil service, or red-tape role rather than "on the shop floor."
	GEMINI, from June 22/06 through December 18/07, you will be blessed in career, relations with higher-ups, and community status. You reputation will rise, and you'll find life proceeds smoothly and calmly if you pursue ambitions, prestige situations, and deal with authorities. These aren't areas of good luck so much as zones where your decisions will be wise, intuitively accurate, and generally calm. (And that usually generates luck - or at least, stability.)
During the same 18 months, avoid purchasing real estate, and generally stay away from issues of food, shelter, domesticity, gardening, agriculture, and kids. You can't avoid these areas entirely, of course, but in these, stick with the status quo, avoid expanding. 
Be a director rather than a nurturer. Be ambitious rather than seek security. Act rather than contemplate. Meet the pragmatic event, rather than meditate.
During the last 13 months of this karmic period (December to December, 06-07) luck and expansion will flow into your relationships - an area that has stymied, puzzled, and plain "attacked" you since the mid 1990's. The struggle isn't totally over, but 2007 will bring a breakthrough - you might divorce an unhappy, stubborn partner; or you might marry a new kind of person. You might realize that relocation, or a new way of dealing with the public, or a radically different negotiating style, or a contract, represents a major solution to past difficulties - and you just might do it, this time. Good, I think. A big opportunity will appear - if you grab it, 2008 could bring major, life-changing rewards. All this relationship stuff will provoke deep decisions in security and ambition areas (see above) - choose morally, without selfishness, without foolishness. You might luckily relocate in 2007, but don't buy property until 2008.

Aries   March 21-April 19
Sunday's mellow - you could reach a satisfying climax or understanding with someone and hardly know it - it sneaks up on you. Chase ambitions Monday/Tuesday - all is lucky! (Watch the "start nothing" period Tuesday.) Life is supposed to be friendly Wednesday/Thursday, but a quiet sobriety drifts over everything - be happy, accept others as they are, but sign nothing. Red tape, government, charity, spiritual zones are favored Friday/Saturday - get your rest, contemplate and plan. All week, there's more talk than action. Satisfy your curiosity, take short trips and make new contacts.

Taurus   April 20-May 20
The accent's still on money, possessions, buying/selling, and sensuality. A domestic disagreement might be brewing - turn this energy into renovations, repairs, landscaping and other productive channels. If you're studying or performing legal maneuvers at home, boredom and indecision can overtake you. Best solution: make a plan Sunday or Monday, and determinedly stick to it all week. Your charms remain high, and others continue to like, love, and favor you - by late November onward, some big doors could open due to these people, so live up to their high opinion!

Gemini   May 21-June 20
Your charm, energy, decisiveness and effectiveness are still tops! Start important projects, ask favors, make appearances - get your way! Sunday could bring a climax with someone, or a relocation of contract decision - you agree or disagree. Investments, debts, sexual intimacy, research, lifestyle changes, significant commitments arise Monday/Tuesday - "seal the deal" either morning, before 10 a.m. (PDT). Legal, travel, media, religious or other large, vague problems arise Wednesday/Thursday, but you can solve them Thursday night. Be ambitious Friday/Saturday: others are more than willing to pile the work on your desk!

Cancer   June 21-July 22
Continue to lie low, rest, contemplate and plan. You must deal with red tape, administrative types, or with a charity, retirement or health related institution. Your communicative faculties, your sociability and mental alertness are good - at least good enough to charm a civil servant or fill out an application form. Money flows to you, but through you also, so save, avoid spending/debt. Plan for a pay raise, business expansion, etc. - though these might not come through until 2007. Someone is your potential partner in this - look around, discern whom.

Leo   July 23-Aug. 22
There's still a chance for dreams to come true, Leo. Get out and about, mingle, socialize, chase your dreams, flirt, let others know your needs and desires - especially Sunday, Monday and Friday. Bosses favor you all month, so make proposals, chat them up. Your magnetism and determination reach a strong peak - this could bring attention from the opposite sex, but it can also make you a little fierce or uncompromising in your pursuit (of love or business or intellectual or legal goals) and spark a negative reaction. Be gentle!

Virgo   Aug. 23-Sept. 22
Continue to chase ambitious goals, but realize that your ambitions might, by Friday, face a major obstacle. It could be reluctance on your family's part, or that you live in the wrong region of the country. Your deep desire has focused, this last year or two, on a semi-secret sexual, romantic or financial/property goal. That career obstacle could simply be this desire in disguise, keeping you from a career goal that you don't really want. Look far Friday night/Saturday, decide what your real path should be; then follow it!

Libra   Sept. 23-Oct. 22
Your mellow, understanding mood continues. Legal, education, far travel, international, media, and philosophical concerns sail smoothly - so does love, although 2009-2017 favors love more than the present decade. All June/July, you might meet a good friend, co-operator, lover, even life mate, at a social function. This week, however, social delights and flirtations could end on a sober, puzzling note - someone feels a deep alienation. Your best dreams involve property, family and security - someone might grant one of these, as early as Monday/Tuesday! Travel Sunday; love mid-week; and work Friday/Saturday. 

Scorpio   Oct. 23-Nov. 22
Secrets and mysteries: Your antennae are alert for any hint of sexual allure, collusion, valuable data, profitable investments, power plays and hidden meanings. Plunge in, but keep it clean! Your reputation is under scrutiny, especially from higher-ups, who are testy all June/July - and demanding right through August 2007. But if you live up to their demands and rules, you'll "cruise" smoothly from 2008 onward, for many years. Another plus: your optimism now is bombproof. Choose to succeed! Chase money Sunday. Luck strikes travel and friendships Monday/Tuesday. Romance is possible Friday/Saturday!

Sagittarius   Nov. 23-Dec. 21
Ask favors or impress someone Sunday, when your energy and charisma rise. This week brings co-operation or opposition to a climax: there's no middle ground. (An attempt to find one, to muddle through or "discuss it" Wednesday/Thursday, fails.) A relationship might end by Friday/Saturday. You might become involved in a legal matter over money or a possession this week - could merely be an employment contract. (If it is this, consider how much energy you have, will have, to fulfill your duties.) Seek money, buy things Monday/Tuesday - luck's good!

Capricorn   Dec. 22-Jan. 19
Tackle chores with a swing and a smile. Rest, contemplate and plan Sunday - spiritual and charitable matters flow well. Your energy surges Monday/Tuesday - get things done, embark upon projects that are usually difficult. (Each morning is friendly, affectionate, productive.) Put off money matters and purchases Wednesday/Thursday - go ahead Thursday night. A dilemma, a choice, could occur Friday/Saturday, between your tasks and your "duties." Do you work away, or "support" someone emotionally? A deep change (probably a new beginning) is taking place in your security, parenting, and property: be aware.

Aquarius   Jan. 20-Feb. 18
Romantic feelings continue. So do beauty, pleasure, a gambling urge, a winning streak at games, and general luck. Children please, and life's grand! (Grander than usual.) Your home remains affectionate, something about your work place intrigues you, and your career sails on fairly luckily (through seas of lucky relations with higher-ups, and some possible sneaky opposition from peers or co-workers). You might have to choose between romance and friendship, or between a lover and your social circle near week's end. Partnership is a weight, a mystery or brings seclusion.

Pisces   Feb. 19-March 20
It's probably better to let things end than to begin, especially in career, real estate, domesticity, security and in dealings with authorities. You could engender some tough opposition by forcing matters, especially Sunday and Friday/Saturday. On the other hand, Sunday could bring career luck or a favor from a VIP. If so, grab it! And the whole week, especially Friday/Saturday, could bring the beginning of a money-work project or connection, a ladder to help your money goals come true. Work will be hectic through July.
