ASTRAL REFLECTIONS

	To Update You: I've finished my talk about the new luck cycle for each Sun sign from September 2003 to September 2004. The main text of the talk is now posted on the web site (www.astralreflections.com) in the left-hand margin, as "Platform - Luck." The material was so long I left it in point-format instead of re-organizing it as an article. So just go in, read the intro, then scroll down until you find your own Sun-sign. Don't be put off by all the eccentrically-placed capital letters - when I talk I'm always trying to make my own words stand out at me on the page. 
	Soon, hopefully, I'll also have the "relationship" preambles organized into one article for you. (There are no more relationship "combinations" by the way - 12 was it.) 
	Today, most sign messages below talk about the karmic outlook (do' and don'ts) for the month and year ahead. You can get a more extensive outline of this "advice" by reading my "Platform - Karma" article.
	I have never received so many protests about anything I've written as I did from AQUARIANS when I stated that their good karma, from April 2003 through December 2004, lay in nature, family, retreat, retirement, quitting a job, real estate, children, etc. That wasn't the part they protested - it was that their bad karma laid, during the same period, in career, outside ambitions, status and prestige and relations with VIPs. A flood of "but surely I'm exempt" emails spilled onto my screen. There are really only three things that you Aquarians need to remember about your career now through 2004: 1) that there will be an invisible "ceiling" preventing progress; 2) that it would be counter-productive to demand a promotion or otherwise struggle against this ceiling (or against an influx of new bosses, rules, etc.) or to (especially) act dishonestly or with rancour when rebuffed by the powers that be; and 3) most important: DON'T change careers nor companies before December 26, 2004. This last item makes sense, if you think about it. In astrology, the time when anything is started shows its enduring character. Your present career might be undergoing a negative influence through 2004, but by 2005 that influence ends - your job/career "rights itself" and flows on with normal luck. But if you switch jobs or careers now (essentially starting a new one) then you "stamp" this new job/career with ingrained, unending "negativity." Better to stick it out where you are - or to quit entirely and refocus on your good karma (see above). In the year ahead, Aquarians can profit more emotionally and financially if you raise your children or buy an apartment building or build your house than if you seek a salary, or prestige in the business world.

Aries   March 21-April 19
A month of deep desires, life changes, of commitment and consequence has begun. That "c & c" could be sexual, financial, emotional, etc. Usually I'd advise you to research, pry the truth from events and people, use your intuition, let your subconscious rise to the surface, seek a psychic, seek a health diagnosis, even to undergo surgery. But all these matters, this year, conflict with your social side and your fond wishes for the future. (As you'll see October 26, 31, and November 1.) Stick with those wishes and friends.

Taurus   April 20-May 20
Important meetings lie in store for the month ahead - so do opportunities, new horizons, opposition, dealings with the public, possible contracts, litigation, or relocation themes. Don't "attach yourself" to a person or situation from the mere desire to please or be secure. If so, you'll form a bond that hampers, dead-ends, brings a defeatist mood. If you're "sliding into" a relationship, or "feel blank" when you sit opposite someone (in business or socially), GET OUT. Talk might trigger good investments (or sex) Monday afternoon. Wisdom, love Wednesday/Thursday. Ambitions succeed Friday/Saturday.

Gemini   May 21-June 19
A month of work, drudgery and health concerns has just begun. Make sure dependents are well. Dress properly for the season. Get your sleep. Don't - as you might be tempted - plunge deeply or directly into hands-on work. Just do what's necessary. Be alert for indications that you might be avoiding other more important things (such as success! - or a real estate or family decision) by "distracting" yourself with routine chores. Bosses/parents remain temperamental through mid-December, but co-workers are affectionate this week.  Love, far travel, educational or legal matters succeed all week.

Cancer   June 20-July 22
Sunday continues this weekend's themes of romantic, creative and speculative urges, happy dealings with children, and a general sense of beauty. You'll feel like a winner! In love, what have been feelings will soon be expressed in words, notes, emails. A hint: now through 2004, friendly, social or light romantic desires win; deep, intense passion loses. Tackle work Monday (carefully in the morning) and Tuesday - you'll get a lot done. Relationships lure you Wednesday/Thursday: serious commitment is possible. Just beware what's hidden from you in sexual or financial zones.

Leo   July 23-Aug. 22
The month ahead features domesticity, property values, security, contemplation and relaxation. Don't get too involved in these - you're better off, now through 2004, to focus your energies on the outside world, on your ambitions and prestige desires. Still, you'll have to handle something here for the month ahead - and perhaps especially this Sunday night - be careful with electricity, computers, etc. (It's a pleasant, "sweet solitude" day.) Romance, creativity, and a speculative urge visit problematically Monday, smoothly Tuesday. Tackle chores, health matters mid-week. A relationship gets deeper, or ends, Friday/Saturday. 

Virgo   Aug. 23-Sept. 22
Your communications abilities start to "click in" with speed and accuracy - adhere strictly to the truth (especially Thursday). You're restless, curious - take that short trip but DON'T let it interfere with your work schedule. Now through 2004, long trips, foreign countries, are better for you than short travels. Books are better than newspapers, profound relationships better than casual ones. Applies strongly this month ahead. Home, family irk you Monday morn, then please, through Tuesday. Romance calls Wednesday/Thursday: answer! (You probably won't marry this person.) Tackle work, health Friday/Saturday.

Libra   Sept. 23-Oct. 22
The month ahead features earnings, purchases, memories, casual sex. Don't get too wound up in these - it's far better for you, now through 2004, to chase long-term gain, growth of net worth rather than earnings, investments rather than "purchases," and profound intimacy rather than afternoon toss-offs. Pay bills, taxes. Be honest. Love, pleasure, adventurism, and/or the law might conflict with your financial desires. Travel, talk, write Monday p.m. (not a.m.) and Tuesday. Settle into home, rest, mid-week. Your romantic, creative, gambling side emerges Friday/Saturday - but go a little slowly.

Scorpio   Oct. 23-Nov. 21
Your energy, charisma and effectiveness remain high Sunday - and for the weeks ahead. Start important projects, seek favors, appear "in person!" But think in terms of partnering or group activity. Now to late 2004, you'll fail if you act alone or deeply "for yourself." You'll succeed as a partner or a member of a group. So join, be diplomatic, seek to please, look for opportunities. Chase money, romance and/or sex Monday afternoon (not morn) - Tuesday, money's best. Talk, travel, paperwork (and flirting) fill Wednesday/Thursday. Retreat to home, family Friday/Saturday. 

Sagittarius   Nov. 22-Dec. 21
Lie low, rest, avoid competitive situations Sunday. This will be your tendency for the whole month ahead. But don't overdo it. Be wary, for 14 months, of these: meditation, psychics, deep withdrawal, institutions, government agencies, warehouses, and delegating tasks. (Read my "Luck" or "Karma" articles for further info.) Your energy rises a bit Monday/Tuesday. Hold your temper Monday morn - after this, into Tuesday, you can fix things, from homes to hearts! Chase more earnings and good purchases Wednesday/Thursday. (Avoid buying computers, cars, phones.) Travel, talk and paperwork fill Friday/Saturday.

Capricorn   Dec. 22-Jan. 19
Your social life grew more affectionate lately - now it gains speed, activity, and "chatter" for a few weeks. Enjoy this, but don't overdo it. For the 14 months ahead, deep romance, intimate pleasures, creativity and raising children will benefit you far more than  entertainment and light romance and socializing. Remember for 14 months: too much planning can make one miss present opportunities, and too much awareness defeats both romance and creativity. Retreat, rest Monday/Tuesday. Your energy, charisma and effectiveness soar Wednesday/Thursday! Use logic to make difficult money choices Friday/Saturday. 

Aquarius   Jan. 20-Feb. 18
Today (Sunday) and the whole month ahead accent your career, your standing with authorities, your ambitions and community prestige. Look deeply Sunday night - you might see that your "gut level" doesn't "agree" with your career situation or pressures to conform. In general, try to focus on your depths, your soul, on security, family and home now to late 2004 - career is a tempting mirage. Be social Monday/Tuesday. You might land a great money opportunity Monday afternoon (not morning) or Wednesday/Thursday. Work quietly, restfully Wednesday/Thursday. Your energy, attractiveness soar Friday/Saturday. 

Pisces   Feb. 19-March 20
Foolishness wears a wise, profound disguise now through the end of 2004 (next year). Take yourself lightly! Let ideas go; instead, concentrate on the details. Don't insist on lawyers, contracts, formalities - you'll waste time and money. Be friendly, agree conversationally to things. Chase ambitions Monday/Tuesday - you could land a job or project overseas, or connected to a school, advertising or travel situation. Okay, but don't abandon a good job yet. Again, focus on the details involved. Your popularity soars Wednesday/Thursday - social joys, entertainment, optimism arrive! But retreat, rest Friday/Saturday.
